          If you’re new, start with a Beginner kit. They take about 4–7 hours. Not sure? Take our 30-second quiz.

          No. Every kit has pre-cut, pre-painted pieces and step-by-step pictures. Beginner kits are made for first-timers. Intermediate and Advanced kits have more pieces and small details.

          Beginner: 4–7 hours. Intermediate: 8–12 hours. Advanced: 13–18 hours. Most people build over a few evenings.

          Pre-cut, pre-painted wooden pieces, step-by-step instructions, an LED light kit, and all the decorations for the scene. Glue and AAA batteries are not included.

          Clear tacky gel glue works best. Hold the pieces together for a few seconds, then let them dry for a few minutes before moving on.

          Shipping is free. Orders ship in 2–3 business days. US orders arrive in 4–7 business days, international orders in 7–15 days.

          Just contact us with your order number and we’ll send a replacement.

          You’ll get a tracking email when your order ships. You can also check it on our tracking page.

          Sometimes items ship from different warehouses. If so, you’ll get a tracking number for each package.
