FAQ’s

What’s Inside The Box?

Each kit includes pre-cut, pre-painted wooden pieces, step-by-step instructions, LED lighting components, and any specialty materials needed for the scene.
Glue is not included due to shipping restrictions.

Is This Beginner-friendly?

Yes! All of our kits come with clear, step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process. Some kits have more pieces than others, but with a bit of patience, anyone can enjoy building them. Still unsure? Feel free to reach out. We’re happy to recommend the perfect beginner-friendly option for you!

How Long Does It Take To Build?

On average, most builders complete their kit in 6–15 hours. Some enjoy stretching it out over a few relaxing evenings. It all depends on the number of pieces and your preferred pace. There’s no rush. Just enjoy the process!

What Kind Of Glue Should I Use?

We recommend using clear gel tacky glue. It works perfectly with our kits.
Pro tip: After applying the glue, hold the pieces together for a few seconds to let them set. Then give it a few minutes to dry before moving on. This helps everything stay securely in place for a smooth building experience.

What If A Part Is Missing Or Damaged?

Don’t worry! We’ve got you! Just reach out to us with your order details, and we’ll make it right. We're here to help you enjoy every step of your building journey.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also visit our Tracking Page and enter your order details to check the status. Still need help? Feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to assist!

Will I Receive My Items In One Package?

Your order may arrive in separate packages if items are shipped from different warehouses. But don’t worry, you’ll receive tracking info for each shipment to keep you updated every step of the way.

Beautiful at Night

The lighting is definitely my favorite part. Once the room gets dark, the little alley has such a warm and peaceful glow.

Relaxing but a Little Frustrating

This was my first time building one of these, and overall I really enjoyed it. The quality seemed good and the finished piece looks beautiful. Some parts needed quite a bit of finger strength to fit together, and I got stuck for a while when the LED wires became tangled. The instructions also showed the wires as color coded, but they didn’t seem to match that way. We eventually figured it out and got everything working. It went from relaxing, to a little frustrating, and then back to relaxing once I finally finished it. Definitely felt proud of myself when it was done!

Relaxing Build

I worked on this after dinner for several nights and found it really relaxing. There was always another little section to work on, so it never felt repetitive. Seeing the full street come together at the end was very satisfying.

Needed Some Patience

I liked the finished result a lot, although a few of the smaller pieces were frustrating to work with. I took a couple of breaks and came back to it later, which helped. The lighting looks really nice when everything is done.
